Why my payment got declined?
Wrong billing address or Cardholder Name.
Card Country IP doesn’t match your current Country IP.

My payment got declined, what should I do?
Check your cardholder Name and Billing address make sure its correct. If problem still exist, please contact your bank.They might trying to block the payment

I got charged but my payment is under review, why?
Please understand it’s part of fraud prevention, you will receive email from our payment provider(NG Pay) for further verification.

Am I going to lose my money if review failed?
You won’t lose any money, worst case is just getting a full refund.
